Client Questions

Click on the “become a client” link on the home page and set up an account if you have not already done so. Once the account is set up, you will be able to schedule a sting immediately by clicking on the "schedule a sting" button.

The Stinger will submit the report to corporate for review once the sting is complete. After the report is reviewed, it will be sent to your stinger account directly.

You can schedule a sting whenever you feel it is necessary. It can be anywhere from weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. There is no limit on the amount of stings that you can schedule.

You can view the progress of your sting in the Open Stings section of the portal. Status updates will also be sent to your account to notify you when the sting begins and ends. Once the sting is complete, you will receive a notification confirming that it has been submitted for review.

Once a sting has been scheduled, you will be directed to the payment page. Payment is required at the time of scheduling for each individual sting.

Stinger Questions

The easiest way to sign up as a Stinger is by downloading our app and following the instructions provided. You may also select the “Become a Stinger” link at the top and complete the required steps. Please note that all applicants must be vetted by our team before their Stinger account can be fully activated.

You will be paid through PayPal within 24 hours of completing the sting.

Stingers may accept an unlimited number of stings per day, subject to their availability and ability to complete each assignment as required.
