  • Usage Information. How you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used.
  • Location Information. Geographic data tied to your business locations and secret-shop visits.
  • Payment Information. Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery. To operate the platform, schedule shops, and deliver reports.
  • Platform Improvement. To analyze usage and improve features, performance, and reliability.
  • Communication. To send service updates, reminders, and support responses.
  • Compliance & Security. To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

Your Privacy Rights

  • Right to Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction. You may ask us to update or correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Deletion ("Right to Be Forgotten"). Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may request that we permanently erase the personal information we hold about you. When we honor a request, we remove or anonymize your name, email, phone number, address, driver's license, and photos across our platform — including the records held by our shopper community.
  • Retention of Anonymized Records. To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations, we may keep records of completed shops and payments in an anonymized form that no longer identifies you.
  • How to Exercise Your Rights. Email support@stingercompliance.com or call 1-800-STINGER. We verify each request before acting on it, and deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
